This Intranet is intended to facilitate access to and the exchange of information between staff and students of the department. The Intranet will benefit both students and staff by providing a "virtual classroom" and giving 24/7/365 communication and access to a much wider range of subject information sources. Students will also have exposure to the e-environment if they use the facility as extensively as possible.
